Desire to help those in need became stronger and stronger as she started teaching at transitional foster care for refugee children. This desire became a family project with her three daughters along her side. They began sending toys, clothes, and school supplies to her birthplace.
She has dedicated 15 years of love and support to various communities in the country, including a small school: Centro Educativo Nueva Bethel (New Bethel Educational Center). Friends and family helped support this school with the donations of school supplies and toys before Centro Educativo Nueva Bethel closed its doors to the community.
After Centro Educativo Nueva Bethel closed, God opened the way for her to continue what she had started and loved. Noemi joined a very hardworking team named Mission in the City Ministry, Inc., which is co-founded by her dear sister Nancy. She has had the privilege of being part of many outreach projects carried out by Mission in the City.
Noemi and her family have been greatly blessed through the many wonderful experiences of this ministry and she highly believes that God rewards those who serve. After long years of serving others, she has been blessed once again with a long-time dream. God recognized her efforts and opened the doors for her to start her very own charity outreach.
As of May 1, 2019, Ray’s of Hope Charity Outreach Inc. has been recognized by the State of Florida as a nonprofit organization.
We encourage you to join the upcoming projects that will be carried out so that you can help bless a life through this rewarding mission!
